Can I order by phone?
In order to view the tutorials/articles that are for sale through the site, you must make an account. We ask that you order through the website so that payment can be made through your account. Should you run into a problem -- please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you accept P.O.'s?
In order that we may concentrate on new content for Letterhead Magazine, we do not accept P.O. s. We ask that you please use a business credit card instead.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
We do not accept checks or money orders. Our only payment method is online through the shopping cart. Please use a credit card or PayPal account to place your order.
Can I purchase one tutorial at a time?

Can you send me an invoice/receipt before I order?
While you will receive a receipt by e-mail after you have placed your order, we do not create or send custom invoices before the purchase is actually made. If you need something to show your accounting department, we suggest adding the issues you intend to purchase to your shopping cart and then printing the page instead of checking out.
Login to your account and on the right side of the screen click on "My Profile." From here you will be able to change your password and/or e-mail address.
Why can't I watch my video tutorial?
Video tutorials require Adobe Flash Player be installed on your computer. If you do not have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer, download it here.
Can I download my purchase?
All viewable purchased material must be viewed through your account. You are unable to download this information to your computer, however the tutorial/article is always available in your account and can be viewed unlimited times.
How many times can I watch my tutorial after I purchase it?
After purchase, your tutorials will always be available in your account. You are free to watch them as often and as many times as you'd like.
If you did not receive a receipt after your order, please check your spam folder to ensure it wasn't redirected. If you need to print another copy of your receipt, click on the order number above the corresponding order in your account under "My Tutorials."
Can I try before I buy?
You sure can. All tutorials have samples on the individual tutorial page. Just look for the buttons on the LHM exclusive tutorial pages.
We also offer numerous free tutorials. Free LHM exclusive tutorials are available to subscribers. Just look for the button on the individual tutorial page.
Free non-exclusive tutorials are available too! They can be viewed by clicking on thebutton on the individual tutorial page.
